In this transfer you will share the transportation to the hotel with other people
arriving at the same time as you at an economical cost. The vehicle will probably
stop in some Resorts before getting to yours.
The amount of stops is unpredictable it will depends on the daily operations.
Our service provider vehicles are always available at the airport and in most of
the cases you will not have to wait more than 15 minutes to exit the airport but
sometimes waiting time could be exceeded, reason why this service is less expensive.
Shared transfers are available from Cancun Airport to Cancun Hotel Zone, Puerto
Morelos, Playa del Carmen and Tulum.
If waiting time or stopping in several Hotels is a concern for you our humble suggestion

2. CHANGING YOUR BOOKING
- If you are already in Mexico, changes has to be done no less than 24 hours prior
to your outbound flight (additional fees could apply), you need to contact our
service provider at any of the phones written on your voucher, make sure you talk
to us in person don’t put the Hotel personnel to make any arrangements for you we
need to talk to you. If you are still at home please email your changes to email@example.com
we will change your booking and send a new updated voucher.
3. LAST MINUTE CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
- Any cancellation of transfers and / or excursions must be notified in written at
least 48 hours prior to the date of service and subject to the policies of each
vendor. No refund will be given if the change or cancellation is made less than
48 hours before returning to your country or before the excursion.

- Reception of passengers:
We remind you that all customers are greeted with a sign MEXICO INTERNATIONAL OTIUM

5. WHERE WILL YOU MEET YOUR TRANSFERS?
- Passengers will be met at the airport terminal building 2; do not stop at the information
modules or carriers that are located within the building. There is a time limit
for waiting time.
Customer who loses connection or arriving on another flight should contact the service
provider via telephone or in writing using the contact information on your voucher
to report on the new flights, so there will be no charge; otherwise NO SHOW
will apply upon arrival and will be charged as a new service.
6. DEPARTURE PICKUP TIME FOR YOUR RETURN BACK TO THE AIRPORT
- Customers with confirmed schedule not in the hotel lobby for departure; you'll have
a tolerance of no more than 10 minutes in shared transfers. At the end of this time
the carriage is removed and the customer will have to pay their transportation to
the airport without refund thereof and to be considered as NO SHOW and will
be charged to the Cheaper Shuttles.
7. PIRATES TAXIS AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Ignore any supposed "employee" or "partner" of our company not uniformed and accredited
as representative of MEXICO INTERNATIONAL OTIUM, as this type of situation
is becoming more frequent and surprise passengers telling them that there is nobody
waiting, or even pretend to "call" to our office, and say: "that we authorize and
to take a taxi" and it will be refunded without problem, MEXICO INTERNATIONAL OTIUM
shall not be liable to repay these taxis, because our staff is constantly in every
room of the airport, exits either national or international.
